The students are required to take care of the property of the institute and prevent any damage to it.

The students comply with all the documentation procedure and declaration as demanded by the institute from time to time.

The institute does not entertain any request for refund or adjustment of any nonrefundable dues.

The absence for a long time from the institute without proper intimation to the authority is viewed with concern to initiate any appropriate action by the authority and the students must posses the minimum percentage of attendance as per the statute of the Affiliating University to appear in the examination.

All claims of the student on the institute automatically ceases during the period of his rustication or removal from the institute.

The student is allowed to appear at the examination only after settlement of claims of the institute.

The MCA degree is awarded to a student only on completion of the course and on passing the university examination.

The institute enjoys the authority to decide and collect the additional dues in regard to the seminars, study tours and training ,extra usage of computing facilities, specialized professional turnings and personality development programme.

The institute reserves the authority to change and frame various rules regulations and norms from time to time and the students are required to follow the same.

The decision of the Authority of the institution is final and binding on the students enrolled for courses.
